Personal data protection

Reference document in accordance with Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013. The foundation must review the final version.

1. Data controller

Fundación Colombiana de Caminantes Sal Si Puedes, NIT 800046304-4, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this site and the registration processes.

2. Purpose

Data is collected to manage bookings, coordinate the logistics and safety of activities, arrange assistance insurance, send communications about the schedule and comply with legal obligations.

3. Rights of the data subject

The data subject may access, update, rectify and delete their data, as well as revoke their authorization, by writing to info@fundacionsalsipuedes.org.

4. Authorization

By registering, the participant authorizes the processing of their data in accordance with this policy, including the possible taking of photographs during activities for promotional purposes.

5. Security

The Foundation adopts reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access or use.
