Reference document. The foundation must review and approve the final legal version.

1. Purpose

These terms govern participation in the hikes, expeditions and other activities organized by Fundación Colombiana de Caminantes Sal Si Puedes (NIT 800046304-4), as well as the use of this website.

2. Registration and payments

A spot is confirmed with the corresponding payment according to the instructions of each activity. Spots are limited and assigned in order of confirmation.

3. Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation policy published on this site applies and forms an integral part of these terms.

4. Participant responsibility

Hiking involves risks inherent to activity in nature. The participant declares to be in suitable health conditions, to follow the guides' instructions and to observe the safety and equipment recommendations.

5. Changes

The Foundation may reschedule or adjust activities for reasons of force majeure, weather or safety, notifying participants in a timely manner.

6. Intellectual property

The contents of this site belong to the Foundation. Their unauthorized use is prohibited.
